The first BlogPost of 2019: Happy New Year everyone! With a lot of cello playing in ensemble and alone, where ever and how ever!
You made it clear to me during the Baroque workshop; there is a need for more playing together possibilities. I want to contribute to it because everyone will be happy to become a better cellist. And you will get to know new cellists with whom you can play together again. When?
In Amsterdam on Thursday 28 February from 19.00 to 21.00 or in Havelte on Saturday 2 March from 14.00 to 16.00.
.
You have also indicated that it is nice that the levels match a little. Therefore I would like to invite this round the cellists who are already changing position.
Do you doubt this round is for you? Then consult with me. It’s not that the material to be played is very difficult but it gives the most satisfaction if the end result after two hours fits your level. For the less advanced cellists among us there will soon also be a fun opportunity to play together.
For Blog Readers € 45.00 for this workshop, for cellists from outside € 59.00.
What will be played? Think of Bach and Dotzauer chorales and familiar themes from classical works such as probably the Duet from the Pearl Fishermen. Not too difficult, so suitable to pay attention to equality of colour, interplay and purity within two hours. And above all, to enjoy beautiful music by the most beautiful instrument ever in a small group of cellists!
Do you want to sign up? Or consult with me first? Mail me at info@cellop sales. nl
If you register, I’ll assume you’re coming; there’s no refund. Please understand. The music will follow after your registration. There are only eight places in Amsterdam. In Havelte, I may lose a little more cellists.
Do you know any cellists who like this kind of activity? Feel free to forward this BlogPost to them.
Greetings,
Scarlett Arts!
